Digital transformation real case

In September 2022, I started a new interim collaboration project  with a high social impact with a spanish NGO of the healthcare sector made up of patients, their families, volunteers and professionals.

Its has been an awesome opportunity  to contribute, push and make possible reaching a greater number of beneficiaries, in a consistent way and throughout the entire territory.

    MORE ABOUT ME...

    My name is Ricardo Fernández Jubany and I'm a Barcelona native from the 65's baby boom. A technology executive ,expert in the management of business units from the  value-added services sector (consulting,  projects, training, customer support, SaaS, etc.) and a strong knowledge in Manufacturing & Distribution Industry sector.

    I have integrated all the learnings from more than 20 years of professional experience developing my own methodology 4.3.10 to manage  a services sector company.

    In 2021 ,after 9 months of work, I've finalized the program "Transform the leadership and lead the transformation",  a program aimed to help companies to succesfully define and  implement their transformation.
